Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions are arranged by email. Please give as much notice as you can.

Rescheduling

A session can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time — simply reply to the confirmation email.

Late cancellation

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session counts as a held session. Genuine emergencies are always treated with understanding.

Missed sessions

A session missed without notice counts as a held session; within a program, it is counted toward the program sessions.

Cancellation by Nila

If a session has to be cancelled from my side, it is rescheduled at the earliest time that suits you, at no cost.
