Nature of the service

Mentoring and business consulting. Not therapy, clinical psychology, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

No employment, promotion, revenue, growth, team performance or psychological outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on decisions made and actions taken by the client.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed is confidential. Client names and business details are never used publicly without written permission.

Scope and payment

Scope, number of sessions, deliverables and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Referral

If a situation falls outside the scope of mentoring or consulting, it will be said clearly and a referral offered.
