This notice explains what personal data is collected through this website, why it is collected, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Nila Aydin, Istanbul, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@nilaaydin.com.

What data is collected

Data you submit through the contact form: name, email, preferred language, current role, the situation you describe, preferred service and, for business enquiries, company details.

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice and your cookie decision are stored only in your own browser.

Why it is collected

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare the introductory call, and to deliver the service if we work together. Marketing emails are sent only with separate, explicit consent.

How long it is kept

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact and then deleted. If we work together, engagement records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, invoicing records).

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (the website host, Netlify Inc.) and delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. No analytics or booking providers are currently in use. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

Under the KVKK and the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion and restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@nilaaydin.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
